The
chapter “Climate Change is not a hysteria, it’s a fact”is a speech
conveyed by Leonardo Di Carpico. He addressed the world leaders assembled for
the United Nations Climate Summit on 23 Sep 2014and urged them to address the
greatest challenge of our existence on this planet.
